My name is Chrissy Shammas, I am a wildlife and nature photographer from Chesapeake, Virginia. After earning my B.F.A. in Cinema from Virginia Tech, I headed west to the Rocky Mountains, where I now spend my time searching for wildlife in our National Parks and public land.

I’ve been honored to have my work featured in public galleries, magazines, conservation material, and more. I am always looking to grow as an artist, and this year I am challenging myself to reengage my cinematography muscles and pursue additional public speaking and teaching opportunities.
